Introduction

Welcome to SocialHaven. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SocialHaven mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialHaven, you agree to:

• Be bound by these Terms of Use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept our Privacy Policy (available at the same location as these Terms)

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

2. Description of Service

SocialHaven is an entertainment and social utility app that provides:

• Simulated incoming call interface (fake call)
• Customizable caller information (name, phone number, background, ringtone)
• Quick access through iOS Shortcuts and Back Tap gestures
• Preset management for frequently used fake call scenarios

Important: SocialHaven is for entertainment purposes only. It does NOT:

• Make or receive actual phone calls
• Connect to any phone network or VoIP service
• Communicate with any external parties
• Serve as a communication tool

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SocialHaven
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent

Geographic Availability

• The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store
• You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HONGYU SU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

You May NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the App's security features
• Create derivative works based on the App

5. Purchases and Payments

One-Time Purchase

• Product: SocialHaven Full Version
• Price: $2.99 USD (one-time payment)
• Unlocks: Unlimited fake call usage (no usage restrictions)

Free Trial

• New users receive 3 free uses before purchase is required
• Trial uses cannot be reset or restored

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment methods are managed by Apple (credit card, Apple ID balance, etc.)
• Prices may vary by region and currency
• All sales are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions

No Refund Policy

As per Apple's standard policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

• Technical issues preventing app functionality
• Purchases made by mistake (request refund within 14 days)
• Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws

Restore Purchases

If you purchased the full version and:

• Reinstalled the app
• Switched to a new device
• Lost your purchase status

You can restore your purchase at no additional cost by tapping "Restore Purchase" in the subscription/purchase screen.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You Agree to Use SocialHaven Responsibly

Permitted Uses:

• Entertainment and social relief in awkward situations
• Practicing phone conversation skills
• Demonstrating the app to friends or family
• Any lawful personal use

Prohibited Uses:

You may NOT use SocialHaven to:

• Commit fraud or deception for financial gain
• Evade legal obligations (court appearances, police encounters, etc.)
• Violate workplace policies or employment agreements
• Interfere with emergency services or public safety
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

Examples of Prohibited Use:

• Using the app to fake emergencies to evade police
• Using the app to deceive employers about work attendance
• Using the app in a manner that causes harm or distress to others

Developer is NOT responsible for your misuse of the App. You bear full legal responsibility for your actions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in SocialHaven, including but not limited to:

• App design, code, and functionality
• User interface and visual elements
• Logos, trademarks, and brand assets
• Documentation and promotional materials

Are owned exclusively by HONGYU SU or licensed from third parties.

User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, audio files, or other media you import into the App. By importing content, you grant SocialHaven a license to:

• Store and display your content within the App (on your device only)
• Process your content for app functionality (e.g., resizing images)

Your content is never uploaded or shared with anyone. It remains on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SocialHaven is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

We do not guarantee:

• The App will meet your expectations or requirements
• The App will function perfectly at all times
• Any defects will be corrected promptly
• The App will be compatible with all iOS versions or devices

Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HONGYU SU shall NOT be liable for:

Direct Damages

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Device damage or data corruption

Indirect Damages

• Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Damages resulting from your misuse of the App
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the App

Maximum Liability

In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (maximum $2.99 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HONGYU SU from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Termination

Your Rights

You may stop using the App at any time by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Discontinuing access to your account (if applicable)

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice
• Remove or disable features without prior notice
• Discontinue the App entirely

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
• You must delete the App from all devices
• Purchased licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable

12. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

• We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features
• Some updates may be required for continued use
• You are responsible for downloading updates

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email (if collected)
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

13. Third-Party Services

Apple Services

• The App is distributed through the Apple App Store
• Your use is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it

No Other Third-Party Services

• SocialHaven does not integrate with any other third-party services
• We are not responsible for any third-party content or services you access independently

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [China], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App:

2. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (if required by law)
3. Small Claims Court: You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

15. General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HONGYU SU regarding the App.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your license to use the App. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

16. Apple-Specific Terms

In accordance with Apple's requirements, you acknowledge:

• These Terms are between you and HONGYU SU, not Apple
• HONGYU SU is solely responsible for the App and its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is not liable for any claims related to the App
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, HONGYU SU (not Apple) is responsible for investigation and defense
• You will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App
