Welcome to SocialHaven. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

SocialHaven does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
SocialHaven stores the following data only on your device (in the app's private storage):
A. User Preferences
- Onboarding completion status
- Shortcut setup status
- Purchase status (whether you've unlocked the full version)
- Free trial usage count (maximum 3 free uses)
B. Fake Call Settings
- Caller name and phone number (for display in fake call interface)
- References to photos you've imported (stored in app's local directory)
- References to audio files you've imported (ringtones, call audio)
- Saved presets for quick access (up to 10 presets)
C. Media Files
- Background images and avatars imported from your photo library
- Custom ringtones and call audio files imported by you
- All files are stored in the app's Documents directory on your device
Important: All this data remains on your device and is never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.
3. Permissions and Why We Need Them
SocialHaven requests the following permissions:
A. Photo Library Access (Optional)
- Purpose: Allows you to select photos from your library to use as fake call backgrounds or caller avatars
- Usage: Only activated when you tap "Import Photo" buttons
- Storage: Selected photos are copied to the app's local storage (not modified in your library)
- Control: You can deny this permission; the app will work with default backgrounds
B. Siri & Shortcuts (Optional)
- Purpose: Enables you to trigger fake calls using Siri voice commands or iOS Back Tap gestures
- Usage: Only processes on-device shortcuts; no data sent to Apple or third parties
- Control: You can choose not to set up shortcuts; the app works normally without them
C. Local Notifications (Optional)
- Purpose: Reminds you when a scheduled fake call should arrive (if you scheduled a delayed call)
- Usage: Notifications are created and delivered locally on your device
- Control: You can deny notification permission in iOS Settings
No other permissions are requested or required.
4. In-App Purchases
SocialHaven offers a one-time purchase to unlock the full version:
- Product: SocialHaven Full Version
- Price: $2.99 USD (one-time payment)
- Payment Processing: Handled entirely by Apple through the App Store
- Purchase Verification: Uses Apple's StoreKit framework (on-device verification)
- What We Receive: Only a verification token from Apple confirming your purchase (no payment details, no personal information)
Your purchase information is managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
SocialHaven does NOT use any third-party services, including:
- ❌ No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
- ❌ No advertising networks
- ❌ No crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
- ❌ No social media integrations
- ❌ No cloud storage or backup services
- ❌ No customer support chat widgets
Exception: Apple's StoreKit is used for in-app purchase verification. This is Apple's built-in system and subject to Apple's privacy practices.
6. Network Activity
SocialHaven operates completely offline and does not communicate with any external servers, except:
- Apple App Store: Only for in-app purchase verification (handled by iOS automatically)
- No other network requests are made by the app
You can use SocialHaven without an internet connection (after purchase verification).
7. Children's Privacy
SocialHaven is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (which we do not collect), please contact us at shy49045@gmail.com.
8. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Data is protected by iOS's built-in security features (encryption, app sandboxing)
- No data transmission means no risk of interception or server breaches
- Only you have access to your device's data (protected by your device passcode/biometrics)
We recommend:
- Keep your device secured with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID
- Keep iOS updated to the latest version for security patches
9. Your Data Rights
Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing for us to access, modify, or delete. However:
- Access: All your data is visible within the app settings
- Deletion: Delete the app to remove all data permanently
- Control: You can reset presets or clear imported media within the app at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Displaying a notice in the app (if applicable)
Continued use of SocialHaven after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

SocialHaven is available worldwide. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there are no international data transfer concerns. All data remains on your device, regardless of your location.
